This national award is given for excellence in public service. It honors those who volunteer in their communities. Jan Maloff was honored for his bicycle giveaway program.
2004
Jefferson Award
The Syracuse City School District Educational Foundation honored Jan Maloff at its 5th Annual Recognition Breakfast. Jan first became involved in SCSD in 2004 when Fowler High School administrators offered to stage the Christmas bike giveaway at their school. The partnership has continued to this day.
